Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Pink Impulse cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.

At Pink Impulse/ we are committed to protecting your privacy.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes non-personally identifiable information only, e.g., the IP address, domain type, browser version, and service provider. Persons who supply us with their address, telephone number and/or e-mail on-line may be contacted by us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line or other operational information. We also store information volunteered by you that you provide to us when you register or update your account, enter a contest, participate in a survey, shop online, or make a purchase.

We use the information we collect about you to improve the content of our website, process orders and order confirmations, respond to your inquiries, and to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the website, new Pink Impulse services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Pink Impulse. Pink Impulse reserves the right to share information collected hereunder with its own affiliates.

We may store the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and add you to our mailing list when you sign up to receive special promotions and updates. By electing to receive e-mails from us, we are able to send you exclusive information and special offers, which you may otherwise not learn about. Follow the removal instructions located at the bottom of these e-mails to cease receiving them. Requesting removal will not prevent you from receiving e-mail communications relating to any online order you place with us.

Pink Impulse does not currently sell, trade or rent your personal information, including e-mail addresses, to others although we may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties who agree to abide by applicable terms similar to this privacy policy. You can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the above address with the words "no rent" in the subject or writing to us at the above address and telling us that you do not want us to release your personal information. If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, send this message from each e-mail account you use. Pink Impulse reserves the right to disclose personal information as obligated by law, in response to duly authorized legal process, governmental requests and as necessary to protect the rights and interests of Pink Impulse. In addition, we do not send your credit card information through e-mails.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.


We use third parties to help us provide services to you including such things as fulfilling orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, conducting surveys, maintaining our database, administering e-mails, and administering drawings or contests, and to provide aggregate, comparative information on the performance of our site to us and a select group. Information will be shared with these third parties only to the extent necessary to provide these services.

Pink Impulse may use certain companies that enable you to establish a membership to participate in digital wallets, payment services or rewards programs. If you elect to do so, we would only disclose to such companies the information necessary to make their programs work and support your membership with them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the companies sponsoring these membership programs and we suggest you review the individual privacy policies of each company with whom you establish a membership.

We contract with third parties to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on this site. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to this and other websites to target advertisements for goods and services. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry standard technology used by most major websites. No personally identifiable information is collected or used in this process. They do not know the name, phone number, address, e-mail address, or any personally identifying information about the user.


We use cookies placed on your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser during your visit to our site and when you return to our site. For instance, when you are ready to purchase an item, a cookie allows our site to "remember" you have added the item to your shopping cart. We can also show you merchandise based on your preferences and provide you with a more personalized shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to love what you ordered! To be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, items purchased from must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. You will have up to 60 days after items have shipped to exchange or receive store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the return form.
Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
  • Lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. If applicable, do not remove protective slip.
  • Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
  • Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please include a note that let's us know what you would like to exchange the item for. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping is not refundable.

Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll waive the Standard shipping fee on your new order!
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded.
To place an order select the item(s) you would like to purchase, then click "Add to Cart", you will then be re-directed to your shopping cart.  You will need to scroll down and select from the following options: Checkout with Paypal or Proceed to Checkout (meaning you can pay with your credit card). If you select "Paypal Checkout," you will be re-directed to the Paypal website, and will be asked to either login to your account, or you will need to create a new account.  After filling out the Paypal information, you will be re-directed back to and will need to submit your order for processing.  The second option "Proceed to Checkout," will take you to the "Checkout" page.  You will need to first select your checkout method, either checkout at a guest, register, or login to your exsisting account.  The next step is to enter your Billing information and select either "Ship to this address" or "Ship to different address," then click "Continue.  Next you will need to select your Shipping Method and click "Continue".  For Payment Information, you have the option to checkout via  "PayPal Payments Pro" (You will need to choose this option to pay via Credit Card) or "Paypal" (when you want to use your Paypal account to pay for your purchase).  Then click "Continue".  Last you will need to Review your Order and click "Submit".  Congrats!  You should get a email confirmation with your order.  If you have any questions regarding your order, you can reach us by Email.
